SM Senior Home Services (SMSHS) is a Michigan-based senior home services company. We handle the recurring, often-overlooked household tasks that older adults need help with so they can keep living in their own home: trash and recycling, lawn care, pet care, light bulb replacement, monthly HVAC filter changes, home safety checks, and mechanic dispatch for car or appliance trouble.

The same team comes back every week. Subcontractors pay a hard standard before they are assigned: First Aid, AED, CPR, background check, current insurance and licensing, and a verified 4.8-star or higher rating. Every job carries a lawyer-reviewed contract with a Hold Harmless Agreement and an Indemnity Clause.
