Yes — every team member is background-checked, vetted, and we carry full general liability + workers' comp insurance. Documentation available on request.
What is the minimum commitment?
No commitment. Most clients start with a single service or a free in-home assessment, then add cadence as the relationship builds. No contracts.
How do you handle pricing?
Transparent and flat where possible. We quote upfront before any work begins, and bundled monthly packages are typically 15–20% cheaper than ad-hoc.
Can adult children stay informed without micromanaging?
Yes — we send weekly notes + photos to designated family members so you know what got done without having to ask. Privacy preferences set per senior.
Do you provide medical care?
No — we are a non-medical home services provider. We help with daily living, home maintenance, errands, pet care, and safety. We coordinate with medical providers when needed but don't deliver clinical care.
