Furnace and AC filter, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a plumbing leak scan, thermostat, outlets and GFCI, faucets and toilets, and a safety walkthrough.

Rotating tasks

A different set each month so nothing is missed across the year: dryer vent, windows and screens, hinges and locks; then water heater, ductwork and electrical; then gutters, foundation, attic and roof.
