Privacy Policy
In plain words: we collect what you type into a form so a person can call you back, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you enter yourself. On the quote form and the contact form that is your name, phone number, email address and zip code, whichever services you tick, and anything you write in the note box. Nothing is required beyond those.
We also record the IP address a request arrives from, alongside the request. That is a normal part of receiving a form on the internet and it helps us tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
Where it goes
Straight to us. A submitted form is emailed to the office at info@smseniorhomes.com, copied to the team who maintain this website, and answered by a person. It is not sold, rented, or handed to an advertising network.
Email is delivered through Postmark, a mail service. Link tracking is switched off, so a web address inside an email from us is the real address and not a redirect that records your click.
Keeping the forms clean
Each form carries a short arithmetic question and one hidden field a person never sees. Both exist to stop automated submissions. Neither tracks you, and neither is stored after the form is checked.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent anything you give us.
- We do not track which links you click in our emails.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website.
- We do not need a health history to answer a question or send a quote.

How long we keep an enquiry, and the formal wording for requesting a copy or a deletion of your information, are being settled now and will appear here once they are agreed. Rather than publish a placeholder promise, we would prefer to say plainly that it is not decided yet.
