How a subscription works.
Three-month minimum
All plans start with a three-month commitment. After that, cancel any time with fourteen days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Monthly billing
Billed monthly in advance, with a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may pause service until they are resolved.
Pause-friendly
Pause once per calendar year, up to thirty days, at no charge. Snowbirds and travelers are welcome.
No rollover
Unused services do not roll over from month to month, except where a plan states otherwise.
